Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Systems Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in enhancing healthcare delivery within our ambulatory care environment by managing requirements, analyzing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality care at St. Joseph's Health through the successful implementation of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare operations, particularly in ambulatory settings, and a solid understanding of healthcare information systems.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting. 1 to 3 years experience in clinical operations (preferred), healthcare IT, or performing business analysis. Experience working with or supporting electronic health records systems such as Oracle Health Millenium (preferred) or Epic or other healthcare related applications. Understanding of practice management workflows such as patient scheduling and access, front desk workflows and revenue cycle, clinical workflows and encounter management, and care coordination and follow-up. Working knowledge of basic project management principles preferred. About Us

is an academic tertiary care medical center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus, regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.
The Medical Center offers a full complement of specialty and subspecialty services including ambulatory, behavioral health, cardiovascular, emergency/trauma, internal medicine, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedic/spine, rehabilitation, surgical specialty, women's health, imaging and pediatrics.
