Data Integration Lead
Position Overview: Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Data Integration Lead to support enterprise-wide third-party divisional data integration initiative. The person will lead technical execution, along with performing source system analysis, metadata documentation, and data mapping while tracking milestones, reporting and working with various divisions. Ideal candidate will be both technically fluent and programmatically strong capable of defining data strategy and working with cross-functional teams through discovery to implementation. Responsibilities: Lead in documenting current-state data flows and system inventories. Lead data profiling and data quality assessments. Conduct gap analysis to determine root cause of the missing and incorrect information working with business and divisional source system owners. Schedule and document stakeholder interviews and working sessions Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment. Facilitate feedback between ETPO and divisions and review; review and finalize discovery deliverables. Work closely with Enterprise Third Party Business, MDM, and I&CM BTO support teams to support technology delivery activities in support of Enterprise Third Party Risk Reporting. Lead data model development, and design of data integration architecture and end to end solutioning. Define and oversee data standardization, and enrichment strategies. Lead working sessions, strategy discussions and provide status updates. Support issue resolution and completion of ad-hoc requests in support of business partners within the I&CM division. Define target states and build roadmaps to deliver value. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Qualifications: 7+ years in data architecture, data integration or data governance. 8-10 years of various strategic IT experience encompassing technology, organizational, and process improvements, with a proven track record of crafting impactful executive-level presentations. 3+ years of experience in project management working with multiple stakeholders. Experience with MDM, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Expertise in querying, analyzing, reconciling, and testing complex relational and non-relational data. Strong understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and data modeling. Experience with SQL, relational database (e.g. Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server) and cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Snowflake). Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
