The Clinical Supervisor ensures quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practices, provision of clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence-based practices, developing self and employees for success and high performance, and leading quality performance initiates. Clinical Supervisor oversees adult services for men and women consumers with justice involvement, substance use, mental health and co-occurring disorders involved in the Tulsa and Rural County Jails and Criminal Legal Court System. Team will provide a combination of office and/or field-based services with potential transportation of clients using agency or personal vehicles as determined by needs of consumers and/or program. *Mileage reimbursement provided*The Clinical Supervisor works to ensure consumers within the criminal legal system are supported and linked to treatment programs at FCS within our CCBHC model of care. Clinical Supervisor provides continuum of care services for Women's Justice Programs and Adult Substance Use Outpatient treatment program through monitoring care and court advocacy. Clinical Supervisor RequirementsMaster's degree in a mental health, social work or related specialty.Licensed or under supervision for license with 3-5 years clinical experience.Supervisory and program management experience is desirable.Must posses a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.CCBHC Model of CareFamily & Children's Services works to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction.
