The clinical supervisor is accountable to the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The clinical supervisor is one who actively promotes the philosophy of the Gándara Center and maintains a high level of commitment to the program.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide weekly supervisorCo-facilitate bi-weekly group supervisionInterviewing and part of the hiring decision for clincial staffEvaluation of staff performanceImplement policies and procedures for agency and program.Review and ensure person served records, including treatment plans and CANS meet quality standardsFollow all MCE specifications for OP TherapistsProvide training to cliniciansEnsure teams meet billing and productivity requirementsRequirement to keep current on all Agency, Government and Funding trainings and health requirements (OSHA, Sexual Harassment, etc)Completes all the necessary paperwork in a strength-based manner per Agency requirements, (i.e. court letters, change of placement forms, Referrals, ICP, Progress Notes, evaluation instruments, consent forms, etc.)Complete time sheets, mileage forms etc. and submit them accurately and in a timely mannerProvide oversight of required documentationsMinimum Qualifications:Independently licensed in Massachusetts in a mental health field (LMHC, LICSW, LADCI, LMFT)Possess a master's degree in a human services field from an accredited universityDemonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solvingDemonstrated communications, administrative and organizational capabilitiesAbility to work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies: School Dept., DCF, DYS, Juvenile Court, etc.Must have a driver's licenseThe Gándara Mental Health Center provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
