We are seeking a new Commercial Insurance Assistant to join our team. Your role will be to assist our customer service team in meeting the needs of commercial insurance policyholders. As a member of the Commercial lines customer service department, you will work with Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives and report to our Office Manager.
What You Will Do
Electronically attach documents Review policy documents to verify accuracy in rating, typing and coverage Document discrepancies and/or errors in reviewed policy documents Prepare written correspondence Process endorsement requests Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards Process cancellation notices Process invoices Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner Maintain regular, pro-active communication with service team members
What You Will Bring
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
High School or GED Property and Casualty Insurance
