Customer Security Engineer- MS EntraID, Copilot & Purview

As a Customer Security Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and support to Premier customers worldwide. Your focus will be on optimizing IT environments in a consultative manner, ensuring they are healthy and future-proof against potential issues. This involves delivering guidance on best practices, performing risk assessments, supporting migrations, and providing both onsite and remote support services. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement automated security solutions using AI-driven insights to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. Manage, monitor, and configure Microsoft 365 Defender to protect against sophisticated threats across identities, endpoints, applications, and data. Oversee the management and administration of Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure access and identity protection. Develop and manage data protection strategies using Microsoft Purview to ensure compliance and safeguard sensitive information. Implement and maintain comprehensive security measures across Microsoft 365 environments to protect organizational data and resources. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT. Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on Microsoft security technologies. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Experience with Microsoft security tools, including Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure AD. Familiarity with data protection and compliance frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
