Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced
Operations & Systems Coordinator (Temp)
to play a vital role in managing operational processes, system infrastructure, and data analytics while supporting day-to-day studio operations. This position combines operational excellence with technical expertise to ensure smooth business operations and accurate reporting.
This role requires advanced knowledge of Airtable. Please do not apply if you do not have experience with Airtable.
Responsibilities:
Purchase Orders & Vendor Management: •Manage purchase order creation and invoice processing workflows •Coordinate vendor relationships and maintain documentation •Track vendor payments and ensure timely processing •Handle vendor onboarding and compliance requirements Systems & Infrastructure: •Design and maintain Airtable interfaces and automated workflows •Map and configure automated fields within the Airtable platform •Optimize system processes for maximum efficiency •Implement and maintain database structure improvements Data & Reporting: •Execute pre-built data queries for metric reporting •Analyze and present operational data to stakeholders •Maintain tracking systems for resource allocation and costs •Generate regular performance reports using established templates Operational Support: •Manage catering coordination for large production crews •Handle Certificates of Insurance (COI) for production companies •Support cross-functional teams with operational needs •Assist with studio operations and workflow optimization Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Ops Management, or related field 2-4 years of experience in operations or similar role Advanced knowledge of Airtable platform and database management Experience with data query execution and reporting Strong vendor management and procurement experience Excellent organizational and communication skills Compensation & Benefits:
This temporary contract role offers a salary of $100-110,000, prorated throughout the contract, depending on experience.
