Collaborating with our Technology Consulting team, you will help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals to serve the public better. We provide the full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs that enhance the lives of their user base. Services include strategy, architecture, planning, procurement, business enablement, business solutions, and project assurance. Duties and responsibilities include conducting business analysis for the various business platforms, preparing and presenting parts of written status reports for clients, completing analysis on large data sets, and developing competency in enterprise IT system analysis and development, among other tasks. Qualifications required include strong interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills, a detail-oriented problem-solving approach to business and technical issues, flexibility and willingness to embrace change, and a commitment to deliver exceptional client service. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Access, PowerPoint, and Excel, is also required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT or other relevant field. This position is remote with travel/onsite requirements. To be successful in a remote work role at PCG, you must be available during your set working hours, have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties.
