This role will require hands-on troubleshooting, deployment support, and monitoring in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide
end-to-end support
for applications running on
J2EE platforms
.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in
Linux
,
Unix
, and
Windows
environments.
Manage and respond to incident tickets via
ServiceNow (SNOW)
or equivalent ticketing systems.
Perform
code deployments
, including
post-deployment automation and validation
.
Monitor system logs using tools like
Splunk
,
Dynatrace
, or
Datadog
.
Develop and maintain
automation scripts
using
Bash
,
Shell
, or
Python
.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure application reliability and performance.
Support systems running in
cloud environments
and with
containerized deployments
.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with
J2EE platforms
and supporting enterprise applications.
Proficiency with
Linux, Unix, and Windows
environments.
Experience with
JBoss
or similar application servers.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Proficiency in
scripting languages
such as
Bash
,
Shell
, and
Python
.
Familiarity with
monitoring/logging tools
(Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog).
Experience in
code deployment processes
and
post-deployment automation
.
Understanding of
cloud platforms
and
containers
(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with
ticketing systems
such as
ServiceNow
.
