Summary:
Plans, monitors, and manages projects from initiation through to completion. Utilizes resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. Manages projects to ensure they meet business requirements, satisfy internal or external stakeholders, and meet obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes.
Responsibilities will include:
Works with the product team to plan, monitor, and administer mid/large-size projects to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction
Organizes and utilizes resources and coordinates effectively with stakeholders and colleagues
Ensures project plans meet obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes
Develops effective relationships to meet project deadlines and get things done
Utilizes project management methodology when managing projects
Works under limited supervision to manage projects related to systems integration or product development enhancements
Required and Desired skills:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in tech companies required
Formal Scrum and/or Project Management training
Minimum 3+ years of experience required
Certification and effectiveness in project management tools including JIRA, Trello, Monday.com, and in Project Management administration tools such as Gantt charts
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multi-task
