Manufacturing Software Manager , you will develop and lead the team responsible for factory software development, taking products from design to mass manufacturing. The Job: Manage a team of four experienced software engineers Develop and maintain manufacturing, engineering, and support test tools for our product lines Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to define and create manufacturing and calibration tests for electrical hardware and software Manage requirements and set expectations with cross-functional teams Own the tools ecosystem, including design, validation, documentation, and release Utilize data science to analyze production lines and provide insights to the operations team Continuously improve development and deployment processes to streamline factory releases worldwide You: Passionate about releasing high-quality software Experienced in leading collaborative projects with engineering teams Effective in small teams where personal interactions are key to decision-making and knowledge sharing Have a solid understanding of embedded, electrical, and mechanical engineering Comfortable using command line and SSH to develop on Linux systems Bonus Skills: Experience working with manufacturing teams on complex products Experience with C or C++ on microcontrollers Benefits: Equity program with RSUs Comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) Low-cost 401K fund options with access to advisors Paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks) Paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks) Flexible Out of Office Plan On-site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treats Professional development opportunities Cultural events and community engagement Unlimited 3D prints We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
