Job Title: AI Data Engineer

Location: Remote Overview: As a Customer Engineer specializing in Data AI Platforms, you will provide technical leadership to our enterprise customers globally. Your role is to ensure their IT environments are optimized and healthy by offering consultative guidance, risk assessments, and technical support. You will aid in deploying data AI solutions, optimizing performance, and advocating for best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Data AI Platform Management: Assist clients in deploying and managing solutions using platforms like Foundry, Data Factory, Data Lake, and DataBricks. Machine Learning Implementation: Develop and implement ML models to drive insights and support data-driven decision-making. Azure SQL & Storage Solutions: Design and manage Azure SQL databases and storage solutions to ensure high availability and performance. Microsoft Fabric - Data Engineering: Utilize Microsoft Fabric to optimize data lifecycle and integration processes. Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to enhance their data and AI capabilities. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize data workflows and processes for efficient data management. Technical Support: Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction. Best Practices Advocacy: Promote best practices in data management and AI, guiding clients to adopt modern technologies and methodologies. Qualifications:

Extensive experience with data platforms such as Data Factory, Data Lake, DataBricks, and Azure SQL. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and implementation. Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric and data engineering tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills to manage complex technical challenges. Strong communication and customer service skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
