We're taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us?What's the position?We're seeking detail-oriented Sportsbook QA Analyst to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team within the Sportsbook division. As a Sportsbook QA Analyst, you'll be part of a team solely focused on monitoring our sports betting application to ensure everything functions correctly and all content is accurate and appropriate. This role goes beyond simply following checklists - you'll develop a keen eye for quality, anticipate potential issues before they affect customers, and intuitively understand what makes an exceptional betting experience. You'll need to think like our customers, recognize patterns that indicate potential problems, and proactively identify issues that might be missed by standard procedures. Working in a team providing coverage which includes evenings and weekends, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our customer experience while developing the quality instincts to ensure you're constantly on the top of your game.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously monitor the app to ensure all content is available, accurate, and properly displayedProduce and distribute a comprehensive daily report that highlights all identified issues, their customer impact, and the specific actions determined to resolve themInclude creative recommendations for improvements in daily reportsThink like a customer to identify pain points in the customer journey that might not be captured in checklistsFollow comprehensive checklists while also being proactive about what should be checkedDevelop specialized knowledge of particular sports or betting features to enhance testing depthProactively identify opportunities to improve app functionality, user experience, and testing processes instead of just following established proceduresRegularly suggest innovations and improvements to existing processes and customer experienceContribute ideas for new features or enhancements based on testing experience and customer perspectiveVerify that content plans created by the planning team are being correctly implementedChallenge content plans when appropriate, considering both customer experience and company strategyEscalate issues or discrepancies to appropriate teamsConnect seemingly unrelated issues to identify potential systemic problemsProvide increased monitoring during key sporting events and after product releasesAssist in signing off on incident channels after verifying that issues have been resolvedConduct thorough checks including bet placement, deposits, withdrawals, and customer communicationsWhat We Are Looking ForSharp attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and potential issuesUnderstanding of sports betting products and customer experienceProactive mindset with the ability to identify potential problemsComfortable working with checklists while also thinking critically beyond themExcellent written communication skills for clear documentation and reportingWillingness to work weekends and late nights regularly as part of the normal scheduleAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities, especially during major sporting eventsKnowledge of company strategy and how it should be reflected in the app contentAbility to think like a customer and anticipate their expectationsPattern recognition skills to identify recurring issues or emerging problemsPassion for creating exceptional digital experiencesAbility to learn and adapt to new betting products and features quicklyWhat's in it for you?We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation.
