As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the sustainment and optimization of Oracle Health systems, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance. You will manage operational schedules, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvements while staying within budget constraints. Your leadership will guide technical staff, provide strategic direction, and implement enhancements to existing systems, ensuring operational excellence at the forefront of healthcare technology. Responsibilities: Develop and manage sustainment roadmaps for Oracle Health systems, coordinating application and infrastructure updates across team Drive execution to ensure system reliability, performance, and timely resolution of issues Maintain high standards for system availability, security, and the Oracle Health customer experience Identify and recommend process improvements, serving as the primary point of contact for operational concerns Ensure resource allocation and technical support for sustainment activities Provide regular written and verbal updates on system performance and operational status to senior leadership Required Qualifications: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance necessary for this role which requires being a US citizen 2-8 years of experience in technical project management, system sustainment, or operations management Proven track record managing software and hardware system maintenance, configuration, and operations Familiarity with enterprise cloud solutions (OCI, Azure, AWS) and their operational requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, or similar frameworks for managing system operations Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system roadmaps and meet stringent operational standards Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term system reliability and scalability Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong judgment, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational insights Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year.
