Senior DevOps Engineer
Seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure development across deployment, observability, and CI/CD systems. This is a high-impact role responsible for scaling technical operations from the ground up in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You will work closely with engineering leadership and be fully onsite in San Francisco. Core Responsibilities Design and implement scalable Kubernetes infrastructure for both single- and multi-tenant deployments Build observability stacksmonitoring, alerting, and log aggregation Create CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows Lead incident management and improve infrastructure reliability metrics Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, AI researchers, and leadership Job requirements MUST HAVES: 5+ years of DevOps experience, including at least one senior-level position Demonstrated experience building infrastructure from scratch at a startup Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools Proficient in JavaScript or similar programming languages Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP preferred) Computer Science or Engineering degree - Bachelor's High ownership mentality with strong execution capabilities Ability to work full-time onsite in San Francisco NICE-TO-HAVES: Experience in B2B SaaS or contract-heavy technology companies Familiarity with LLMs or machine learning infrastructure Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Pulumi) Background in scaling single-tenant infrastructure for enterprise use
