My client is seeking a
Senior Data Engineer
to join their Data team. Reporting to the Director of Data Engineering, this role is critical in designing and building scalable, cloud-native data solutions that support their investment and analytics platforms.
You'll work closely with operations, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop robust data pipelines and infrastructure using technologies such as
AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Snaplogic, and Python .
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms Modernize data ingestion and integration processes Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions Contribute to cloud-native architecture and automation initiatives Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data engineering or software development Strong skills in Snowflake, DBT, Snaplogic (or similar ETL tools) Proficiency in Python and SQL Experience with AWS and cloud-native development Background in financial services and MDM tools is a plus Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
