Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Great Divide Brewing Company Concession located in Denver International Airport, Concourse C. The job of the Assistant Restaurant Manager is to assist the restaurant management team in handling all day-to-day operations. Providing exceptional customer service, working cohesively with all team members, and working with a commitment to dependability, honesty and integrity in this fast-paced travel environment is crucial. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Communication skills with customers and coworkers Experience in Food & Beverage operations Data entry skills required for ordering and inventory management & time and attendance tracking Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Problem solving - quick thinking and policy awareness to effectively resolve issues that arise Food safety knowledge - Safe Serve certification a plus Inventory management skills Understanding upselling techniques to drive sales Willingness to perform all necessary job functions including hosting, serving, cooking, cleaning, ordering, stocking for example. High school diploma or equivalent required $30 per hour + depending on experience Seniority level
