About the Role
We're hiring a Paid Search Strategist who knows how to make Google Ads perform at a high level especially Search and PMAX campaigns. Youll manage and optimize campaigns for clients across different industries, ensure tracking is flawless, and help drive measurable results. You should be deeply comfortable with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and landing page tools. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. Youll analyze data, build conversion funnels, create high-performing landing pages, and improve performance every week. Responsibilities
Build and manage Google Search and Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns Audit, configure, and maintain conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations Analyze campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations Create and test landing pages that align with ad messaging and drive conversions Collaborate with designers and developers where needed, or build pages yourself using tools like WordPress, Unbounce, or similar Identify opportunities for scaling ad spend profitably Develop testing roadmaps (ads, audiences, offers, landing pages) Report clearly on results and communicate actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search and PMAX in particular) Deep understanding of attribution models, GA4, and Google Tag Manager Proven ability to track conversions accurately across platforms Experience building or editing landing pages with no-code tools or basic HTML/CSS knowledge Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Clear communication skills and comfort presenting performance insights Nice to Have
Google Ads and GA4 certifications Experience working in an agency setting Familiarity with lead scoring, CRM workflows, or HubSpot
