Technical Business Systems Integration Analyst
As a member of our Integration Team, you will work across Capco's different domains and solution offerings to help break down large problems, develop implementation approach, and construct technology solutions. As Systems Integration Analyst, you will be involved with analysis, design, implementation, and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of our clients' strategic direction, issues, and project goals. You will bridge the gap between user-functionality and developers to assist in technical documenting, evaluating, and translating business needs into IT applications. What you will get to do: Work on technology transformation, focus on using the right tool for the job. Learn and share knowledge across our engineering teams. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code as needed. Collaborate with technology leadership and development teams to design and build enterprise wide integration and data solutions. Work on implementation of application solutions to integrate applications and source data. Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings and technical workshops. Evaluating user requirements and functional specifications. Translating business requirements into technological terms. Creating process models/design, architecture diagrams, logical data models, standards and guidance. Documenting and explaining problems and working to resolve software defects. Generating re-usable intellectual capital in the form of consulting methodology. Assisting with writing technical specification documents and building technical blueprints. Providing technical expertise to project team throughout all phases of the implementation. What you will bring with you: Highly motivated, result-oriented, and take pride in being a problem solver. 3-5 years of experience in IT systems and technical implementation projects. 2+ years of experience working at a professional services consulting company focused on information technology. 2+ years of experience in programming or data analyst/programming role. Strong understanding of integration technologies, design process, and web service protocols. Ability to evaluate system architectures and technical specifications. Familiarity with integration platforms and enterprise middleware solutions. Understanding of data modeling concepts. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree required with a major in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business or Financial Engineering.
