I'm working with an up-and-coming crypto firm that's quietly building core infrastructure for the next phase of blockchain scalability and performance, this team is shaping the future of decentralized infrastructure and developer tooling on Solana. They're hiring for a Solana-focused Data Engineer to design and operate high-performance data pipelines and dashboards that track real-time and historical Solana blockchain data. In this role, you'll play a key part in building out analytics infrastructure that powers internal decision-making and external tools. You'll work directly with Solana full nodes and RPCs to extract, process, and visualize critical on-chain data. What You'll Do: Extract raw blockchain data from Solana full nodes or RPC infrastructure Build and optimize data pipelines ingesting on-chain data into ClickHouse (or similar OLAP systems) Design and maintain dashboards tracking validator performance, staking, token flows, and more Ensure high data accuracy, availability, and reliability across all analytics surfaces What We're Looking For: Deep experience with ClickHouse, Grafana, or similar data/visualization stacks Strong Python and shell scripting skills Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with blockchain indexers or off-chain APIs *Visa sponsorship is not available for this role* Seniority level
