As the ADON, you will assist the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations, staff development, quality assurance, and ensuring the delivery of person-centered care to residents. Key Responsibilities Support and assist the DON in daily clinical operations Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Monitor resident care and support quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with other departments and serve as a resource for nursing staff
Qualifications
Current RN license in North Carolina (or a compact state) Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong clinical and leadership skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Passion for quality resident care and staff development
