What You'll Do:Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services.Mentor RBTs & Case Managers, helping them grow in the field.Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.Work with a variety of clients (ages, diagnoses, and funding sources).Ensure high-quality documentation, communication, and care.
