Incumbents have administrative and clinical supervisory responsibilities over clinical and support staff including interviewing, selecting, training, assigning, directing, monitoring, and evaluating staff. In addition, incumbents may provide clinical direction and supervision to subordinate staff, which may include unlicensed clinicians, and/or student interns. The Clinical Supervisor also provides professional behavioral health services in accordance with State of California laws and regulations.Fresno County is working together for a quality of life for all. Samples of DutiesKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMinimum QualificationsEducation: Possession of a bachelor's degree in biology, psychology, nursing, public health, social work, or a closely related field that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system.Experience: Three (3) years of full-time, paid post-licensure work experience providing direct behavioral health care services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Registered Nurse.License: Valid State of California license as a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor, or Registered Nurse.Possession of a valid Class "C" driver's license, or equivalent.Notes: Applications will be accepted for out-of-state applicants who are licensed in another state in the United States.
