Must have a minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility. Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Must possess a valid CPR certification Must have effective oral and written communication skills Must meet all local health regulations and criminal background checks, post-offer drug trust, and post-off physicalMust maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements by the state Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
