Senior Data Analyst, Finance

Xsolis Position Summary Details Were looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a finance background and a passion for AI, automation, and analytics. If you excel at working with data, SaaS metrics, and intelligent tools, this role is for you. You will be a key partner across Xsolisbuilding data pipelines, models, and dashboards that support critical business decisions. You will also explore AI-powered analysis, applying LLMs, predictive modeling, and automation to real-world problems. Responsibilities include: Analyzing SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, NRR, LTV, churn, etc.) for strategic insights. Building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating APIs and internal systems. Collaborating with FP&A and cross-functional teams to deliver insights. Designing dashboards (Power BI) for real-time metrics. Prototyping and deploying AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) for automation. Conducting quantitative analyses to support strategies. Translating complex data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders. Creating visualizations and presentations to communicate trends. Writing SQL and Python queries for reports and data management. Leading data projects to improve business efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in analytics, preferably in Finance or SaaS, with strong SaaS metrics knowledge. Proficiency in Python (pandas, API, automation) and SQL; experience with cloud platforms like Redshift. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Excel. Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on clarity in data analysis.
This is a non-supervisory, full-time role based in a typical office environment. The work is mostly sedentary with minimal physical activity.
