Physician RecruiterHours: 8:00am - 5:00pmPay: $30.00 - $49.00+ DOELocation: Akron, OH, This is a hybrid role with 6 days per month onsite requiredKey Responsibilities:Serve as the primary resource for the hiring department and leadership throughout the recruitment processWork closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and help refine recruitment strategies by sharing best practices and market trendsAssist with creating and posting provider opportunities in the ATS Use various channels to identify and attract qualified candidatesPromote the company as an employer of choice through multiple media formats, postings and attendance at local and national conferences and career fairs on site. Remain up to date on recruitment trends, compensation, and benefit offerings.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition for candidates throughout the recruitment process and post-hire transition.Prepare and present timely and accurate recruitment metrics to provider and human resources leadership.Work with legal team and professional associations to remain current on immigration and legal matters relative to provider recruitment.Other duties as required Key Requirements:Experience with all aspects of provider recruitment and candidate support including conducting candidate visits, and explaining contract offerings such as loan assistance, relocation, and other benefitsExperience using an ATS for application process and to measure recruitment targetsAbility to work with minimal supervision/direction while managing deadlines and stressful situations requiredAbility to multi-task, plan and prioritize large volume of work in accordance with changing deadlinesExperience working with all levels within an organizationEffective communication skills, both written and oralProficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software Bachelor's degree in relevant field is requiredCertification with AAPPR is preferredMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital recruitment environmentCandidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $49.00
