Overview /Objective:The NFL Digital Media Technical Operations team is seeking a coordinator to assist with supporting digital apps and platforms. Focus will be on live video streaming experiences on web browsers, mobile phones, tablets, and connected tv/smart tv apps on game days. The coordinator will be expected to develop a deep understanding of NFL digital products and serve as a central communication point for all gameday operational activities. This person should have strong communication skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment. This position will communicate with product management, technology, and business development. Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure they are carried out efficiently and according to established procedures for Product Operations teamDraft gameday rules tailored to each Season Type (Preseason, Regular Season, Postseason)Validate and check CTV/Smart TV, mobile, table, and web platforms to ensure proper delivery of games, shows, content, and advertising.Execute gameday checks to validate business rules and key product features across NFL and Club client applicationsManaging the triage, escalation and resolution of Business Development and fan reported issues in real-time on Game DaysProvide timely and clear gameday status updates to internal stakeholders and partnersParticipate in Incident Management meetings to discuss gameday related incidents/outagesBroadcast Map/DMA support for Flex/Folding of regional gamesInternational Broadcast attribution support for the Game ScheduleProgramming gameday marketing promotions across apps and partner platformsCreate new or update existing runbook documentationUse consoles and tools to support product operations and gameday functions (CMS, Global Operations Dashboard)Required Qualifications:1-3 years' experience coordinating and supporting digital products in a sports entertainment, digital, media or related industryWell-organized; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving ability; highly motivated to drive positive changeStrong knowledge of sports and digital sports productsPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred.Other Key Attributes / Characteristics:Ability to understand and document business rulesAbility to quickly learn new systems and programsAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAvid interest and knowledge of NFL footballExcels collaborating with teamPhysical Demands:N/ATravel:N/ATerms /Expected Hours of Work:40 hours per weekSeasonal, 7-month roleMust be flexible to work weekends (specifically Sundays in-season)Must be able to work all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season and Playoffs, in-office.Must be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's).Required to work from Inglewood, CA officeSalary / Pay Range This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job.
