About the Opportunity
A pioneering precision medicine company focused on improving outcomes for transplant patients is seeking a highly motivated
Senior Project Manager . This individual will drive cross-functional initiatives in
new product development , support the
scale-up of existing product lines , and lead
continuous improvement
efforts in production and business operations.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Project Management and will provide leadership in support of the organization's key strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project leads to drive programs from initiation to completion Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans Align resource needs with cross-functional managers and FP&A Lead project meetings, document outcomes, and track follow-ups Ensure completion of
design control
documentation and regulatory deliverables Identify risks and opportunities related to timelines, budgets, and scope Track performance against SMART goals and project baselines Facilitate design reviews and phase-gate assessments Create and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders and leadership Promote effective communication across functions, including third-party partners Qualifications
BA/BS/MS in life sciences or a related technical field 5-8 years of experience in diagnostics, medical device, or biotech sectors Strong grasp of
design control
and the full product development lifecycle Comfortable in regulated environments (FDA, CLIA, ISO 13485, CE/IVDR); global experience is a bonus Skilled in project planning tools and dashboards (Gantt charts, etc.) PMP certification is a plus Influences without authority and thrives in matrixed environments Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Capable of managing multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced setting Additional Information
