3+ years in high-volume restaurant or hospitality management A true coach and mentorgiving feedback, building confidence, and uplifting others Detail-oriented and results-drivengetting things done A leader who learns the job before leading it Ability to build genuine connections with team and guests Comfortable in the kitchen, confident with inventory and ordering Proficient in Microsoft Office Flexible schedulenights, weekends, holidays Perks That Pack a Punch
