A Talascend client supporting projects in Kinston, North Carolina has a need for a hybrid Information Management (IM) Project Manager to lead a large M&A project.
HYBRID SCHEDULE: 3 days on-site 2 days remote
SUMMARY:
The projects requiring execution and management are both business domain and cross business domain (Corporate and SupportFunctions, Engineering Solutions, Marketing / Sales / Customer Support Services and Programs / Manufacturing / Supply Chain /Quality) and across single or multiple client North America divisions in the US, Canada andEurope.
This role will work under the guidance andoversight by the Head of Digital Workplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop project plans and associated milestone deliverables, from Requirements gathering to Go-live and Operational viability. Interact and develop trust relationship with business counterparts Interacts with both business and technical counterparts as required to solve operational issue but also propose improvement plan Monitors and reports on solution deployment, project progress to ensure adherence to budget, scope, schedule, and quality. Coordinate all actions with all stakeholders acting in the project. Conduct regular steering committee reviews and/or weekly / bi-weekly status updates Deliverables (included but not limited to): Project Plans Business Cases Business Requirements Architecture Requirements Test Plan and scenarios Deployment Plan and Instructions Operating Model and Instructions Training Plans and User Manuals
REQUIREMENTS:
US Citizenor Green Card Holder Bachelor'sDegree in IT/IS or Business Admin or related, strongly preferred 10+ years inProject Management roles within IT/IM space Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams. The ability to read and interpret construction design drawings is a plus. Use of Smartsheets, Planview, MS Project or similar Project Management Tool Experience in a global office / high tech industry Experience in taking direction from and interfacing with corporate governance and the PMO. Excellent communication skills; ability to conduct presentations to all levels of management PMP certification is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally Experience working inWaterfall and/or Agile environment #IND123
