Job Overview :
We are seeking a Sr. Information Security Engineer with expertise in technical risk assessments, network security, and knowledge of network technologies including TCP/IP, routing, and network management. Requirements :
Expertise in AD security features such as Group Policy, ACLs, and security groups. Knowledge of Active Directory monitoring, including user activity and security changes. Experience with AD Federation Services (AD FS), Windows Server AD Certificate Services (AD CS), and Azure AD. At least 5 years in cybersecurity assessment, IT audit, penetration testing, or vulnerability management. Prior IT experience in mid or large-scale companies. Experience with control areas like Active Directory, Vulnerability Management, and Configuration Management. Proficiency in security assessments, policy interpretation, and security architecture including firewalls, SIEM, DLP, and encryption. Knowledge of operating systems internals (Linux, Windows), network protocols, web services, databases, scripting, and programming languages (C/C++, Java, Perl, Python, Assembly). Responsibilities :
Develop guidelines for information system usage, control, and audit-readiness. Address security gaps within the banks infrastructure. Identify and resolve security issues in distributed systems. Conduct technical risk assessments and report findings. Support audits and external exams. Perform remote and tabletop security assessments. Lead risk findings to resolution and analyze control deficiencies. Create security metrics and reports, and assist stakeholders with corrective actions. Document assessments and perform threat analysis. Communicate security issues with vendors and validate remediation evidence. Certifications :
CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CRISC, CISM or equivalent security certifications. Education :
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Other Qualifications :
Work onsite 4 days and remotely 1 day from Tampa, FL (preferred), Tempe, AZ, or Jersey City, NJ. The salary range is $110K - $142K, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, education, paid leave, and holidays.
