Your work will directly contribute to long-term recovery outcomes by coaching clinical staff, maintaining compliance standards, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.What You'll Do:Supervise Counselors and Interns, guiding clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planningEnsure timely and accurate documentation aligned with individualized care plansOversee quality assurance through file reviews, peer audits, and compliance monitoring (CARF standards)Identify and address patient needs beyond addiction-physical, emotional, social, and spiritualMaintain accountability to funding and compliance requirementsUtilize data tracking and reporting tools (Excel, pivot tables, etc.)Travel as needed to support program successAdditional leadership duties as assignedWhat You Bring:LCPC, LCSW or LMFT licensureExperience supervising associate-level counselors, including support with ASI, PCPs, crisis plans, etc.Familiarity with MCO credentialing and authorizations (Alliance, Cardinal preferred)Knowledge of CARF compliance, quality assurance, and documentation standardsStrong skills in tracking metrics and managing workflow using ExcelA patient-centered approach with empathy, patience, and clear communicationAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Generous PTO and paid holidaysClear growth pathways within our counselor leadership trackAn excellent schedule that supports work-life balanceA mission-driven culture focused on helping individuals reclaim their livesAbout BAART Programs:As part of BayMark Health Services, BAART Programs is a leading outpatient treatment provider specializing in opioid use disorder.
