Job DescriptionJob Description Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. We are hiring a Bilingual Business Technical Analyst to support our operations and technology team as well as project support. You will be responsible for automating, integrating, and improving software development and business processes specifically in payments technology. The Bilingual Technical Business Analyst is responsible for solving Level 2 & 3 escalated Payments/ATM support issues from the operations teams. This position will also take on project manager role for technical projects. This is a full-time office position located in New Orleans, LA.
