To support our mission, FHS offers four conveniently located clinics in Fairfield, Vacaville, and Vallejo and mobile medical and dental vans in which we provide primary care and dental services. The outpatient primary care clinics see patients five days a week, with some weekend and evening hours offered.We are committed to improving the quality of life locally by providing exceptional medical services, tracking and preventing the spread of disease, and promoting health and safety through education and communication.Click here to learn more about the Family Health Services DivisionTHE POSITIONThe Clinic Physician Supervisor supervises Clinic Physicians and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistants in the performance of their clinical duties in a Primary Care Clinic which is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The incumbent develops, leads and directs medical services provided by those supervised as well as the Quality Improvement Program, and also provides direct medical care as a Clinic Physician.
