Job Title - Technology Systems Analyst and Incident Manager

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The initial working hours for training will be 8-5 CST, post-training hours will be 10-7 CST. Position is Hybrid - 3 days per week in office. Candidates must live within 50 miles of a OneMain corporate office in Evansville IN, Baltimore MD, Wilmington DE, Charlotte, NC, or Irving TX. Potential contract extension, with possibility for conversion to FTE.

Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Skills • Minimum experience of 3 years working in a financial technology organization, with experience in applications in-scope for the L2 Application Support team • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Strong communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details. • Strong problem solver with an analytical mindset and ability to grasp complex topics • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities • Proven ability to establish and maintain positive customer and team member relationships • Ability to understand system logs, application performance dashboards & monitors.

Desired Skills • ServiceNow reporting experience • ITIL training certification or extensive experience with Incident Management Skill Matrix
