We are seeking a Senior Total Product Support (TPS) Engineer to join our ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a hands-on, system-level expert with deep experience in ALD equipment who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on new product development and customer success. ALD equipment experience is

required.

Responsibilities: Serve as the system-level expert for new ALD products under development Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Electrical, Controls, Process, and Software Engineering teams to ensure robust product design and support readiness Provide critical input during the design phase to ensure alignment with customer requirements, including design for serviceability and manufacturability, and preventive maintenance tasks Lead the first build and test of new products in the development lab, offering real-time feedback and driving resolution of issues Develop service procedures and document best known methods for maintenance and troubleshooting Own and manage First-in-Fab (Alpha/Beta) customer shipments, including fab readiness, installation, startup, and production qualification Report and analyze field issues for new products, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement Act as the primary technical liaison for customer issues during Alpha and Beta phases Define and manage critical spare parts lists and ensure stocking readiness for product launch Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering 12+ years (BS), 8+ years (MS), or 4+ years (PhD) of relevant experience with ALD equipment Strong hands-on experience with hardware and system-level troubleshooting Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global environment High motivation, curiosity, and a passion for learning and innovation Experience or interest in Arduino or similar prototyping platforms is a plus Ability to travel domestically and internationally between 25-75%
