We are seeking a highly skilled Accessibility Resource with strong project management capabilities to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our organization's accessibility framework for websites and applications. This role ensures the delivery of inclusive, compliant digital experiences across the organization.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive accessibility framework aligned with WCAG, ADA, and Section 508. Lead cross-functional teams to embed accessibility into digital workflows. Manage accessibility projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Conduct audits and assessments to uncover gaps and provide recommendations. Partner with design, development, and content teams to ensure compliance at every project stage. Deliver training, resources, and guidance on accessibility best practices. Track and report on accessibility KPIs and compliance metrics. Stay up-to-date on accessibility laws, standards, and tools. Collaborate with external partners or vendors when needed. Requirements Requirements
