Identify user research needs and participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing. You continuously seek and integrate user feedback and test results to optimize solutions. Collaborate with multiple functions-including product owners, product designers, researchers, and developers-throughout the product lifecycle, seeking feedback, integrating diverse perspectives, and facilitating knowledge sharing. Transform visual designs and wireframes into clean, accessible, production-ready code that faithfully executes the UX vision. Lead UX Developer Qualifications:

Deep understanding of design principles and visual design (white space, font treatments, information architecture, grid systems) Experience contributing to design systems (principles, components, patterns) Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, and implement new tools and processes (including those using AI) to advance team practices, especially in the design-to-development handoff. Experience leading or mentoring teams and fostering the growth of colleagues' technical expertise. Hands-on experience using methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize and reconcile complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing requirements. A track record of effectively presenting projects and progress to senior management. Education:

Bachelor's degree Computer Science / Human Computer Interaction / UX or a related field preferred.

The staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers. For your safety, do not provide sensitive data to anyone you have not spoken with thoroughly, never provide banking information during the application process and always double check the email address of the Recruiter to ensure it's from an official Planet domain (@theplanetgroup.com or @launchcg.com) - and not a domain with an alternative extension like .net, .org or .jobs.
