What You Will Be Doing
Take complete ownership of a critical launch domain: choose between regulatory navigation, campus development, systems implementation, or financial operations Drive decisions with full autonomy and direct accountability for outcomes Create and validate scalable operational playbooks in real-time conditions Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and key stakeholders to build launch-ready infrastructure Leverage cutting-edge AI and automation to revolutionize operational efficiency

Basic Requirements
We're expanding our leadership across multiple operational verticals, seeking individuals who combine strategic thinking with relentless execution.
Your Profile Should Include
Minimum 3-year tenure at an MBB consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) Demonstrated success leading complex operations in fast-paced, uncertain environments Exceptional expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, facility development, systems implementation, or large-scale financial operations Self-driven execution capability with strong analytical foundation Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for technological innovation

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
