Bilingual Data Credentialing Representative
Are you detail-oriented and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole? We're looking for someone like you to help keep our community resource directory accurate and up to date! This role offers $22/hr as a Bilingual Data Credentialing Representative, where you'll be the go-to person for confirming and updating essential referral information, all while working with a team that values precision and collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing: Making outbound calls to referral contacts to verify their details Filling out update forms and keeping everything organized Quickly and professionally responding to voicemails and emails Managing data across different software tools Teaming up to make sure all records are consistent and accurate What You'll Need: Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, or Creole At least 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, credentialing, or something similar Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) A sharp eye for detail and accuracy Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
