This vital role focuses on delivering advanced emergency medical care and life-saving interventions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Salary: $33.50 per hourSchedule: On-Call, rotating night shiftJob Overview:As a Part-Time Paramedic, you will be responsible for responding to a variety of medical emergencies, performing advanced procedures, and safely transporting patients. You'll work closely with EMTs, firefighters, and law enforcement to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.Essential Duties:Respond to emergency calls and deliver ALS and/or BLS services.Perform advanced medical procedures: airway management, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, trauma care, and medication administration.Safely stabilize and transport patients while providing continuous care.Lead and coordinate EMS response efforts on-scene.Conduct equipment checks and assist with routine station duties.Mentor team members and participate in ongoing EMS training.Document patient care and ensure HIPAA compliance.Support public education, outreach, and prevention efforts.Job Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDValid North Dakota Driver's LicenseNationally Registered Paramedic (NRP)North Dakota Paramedic Licensure (or ability to obtain)AHA Certifications: BLS CPR, ACLS, and PALSNAEMT Certification: PHTLSNIMS Certifications: ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800Preferred Qualifications:Associate's Degree or higher in a health or emergency services fieldFire or rescue experienceProBoard and/or IFSAC Certifications: Hazmat Awareness & Operations, Firefighter IBlueCard Command CertificationIf you're a skilled and committed paramedic ready to make a difference, we encourage you to apply today.
