About the Role : Are you a strategic HR partner who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to align talent with transformation? Our client, a high-growth operations-focused company with a national footprint, is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support executive leaders and field managers across the Midwest. This role is perfect for someone who’s done more than just “support” a business —you’ve shaped it. You’ll lead org design conversations, guide leadership development, and steer cultural evolution during a period of exciting change. Sound like you? Responsibilities : Strategic Alignment
– Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with operational growth goals across multiple states. Organizational Design
– Lead org planning, workforce structure, and team scaling initiatives for evolving business units. People Analytics
– Use dashboards and reporting tools to track engagement, retention, turnover, and performance—then drive the right conversations with real-time data. Talent & Development
– Guide succession planning, manager coaching, performance cycles, and career growth programs. You’ll also influence comp decisions in partnership with Rewards. Culture & Change Management
– Navigate high-change environments with empathy and confidence. Be the voice that helps translate strategy into team belief. Cross-Functional Impact
– Partner with legal, finance, operations, and global HR teams to ensure compliance, consistency, and best-in-class people practices. Qualifications : 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP or strategic HR leader. Proven experience influencing VP- and C-level leaders across multiple business units or locations. Data-driven instincts with experience using metrics to diagnose and solve people challenges. Experience in retail, operations, logistics, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Comfort working in hybrid models, with some on-site presence required in key Midwest hubs. Bonus points for SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certifications. Required Skills : Data-driven instincts with experience using metrics to diagnose and solve people challenges. Preferred Skills : Experience in retail, operations, logistics, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Pay range and compensation package : Base Salary: $130,000–$180,000 + Performance Bonus. Full suite of benefits including health, vision, dental, life, disability, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.
