We're hiring a Creative Project Manager (Part-Time)

$35/hr | 20 hrs/week salary | Hybrid in Denver or Remote (Mountain Time )

We’re Denver Headshot Co. x DHC Media, a photo and video content company that helps brands grow their visibility and trust through high-quality content that actually works. We partner with marketers and founders to create videos and photos that support strategy, not just fill feeds.

We’re looking for a part-time Creative Project Manager to help us stay organized, hit deadlines, and keep content flowing for both our subscription and one-off clients.

What you’ll do:

    n
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and content calendars
  • n
  • Coordinate with our video, photo, and editing team to keep projects on track
  • n
  • Be the main point of contact for client check-ins, scheduling, and updates
  • n
  • Build and improve workflows in Monday.com
  • n
  • Organize and prep for shoot days including booking crew, sending call sheets, and confirming logistics
  • n
  • Track edits and approvals to support publishing on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
  • n
  • Tackle one-off tasks like setting up tools, doing light research, reworking docs, and sending contracts
  • n
  • Help turn our "90 Days of Content in a Day" model into a repeatable system
  • n

What we’re looking for:

n
    n
  • 2+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing ops, or agency coordination
  • n
  • Comfortable using Slack, Google Drive, Monday.com, Dropbox, and e-signature tools
  • n
  • A proactive communicator who can manage details without constant oversight
  • n
  • Client facing problem solver who can represent our team when projects are open
  • n
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep things moving even when priorities shift
  • n
  • Based in or near Denver or available to work within Mountain Time hours
  • n

Bonus if you’ve worked on video or photo shoots, or have experience managing B2B content production.
