Job Description

Seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to be responsible for various stages from LNTP through to complete execution of the project. These responsibilities include:

  • Supporting large-scale solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
  • Working with internal teams during bidding, procurement, and subcontractor selection.
  • Coordinating project schedules, budgeting, and cost control to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Ensuring construction quality aligns with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Leading and coordinating project team meetings and regular progress reporting to senior leadership.
  • Reviewing and managing pay applications, change orders, and contract compliance.
  • Analyzing and compiling financial performance through P&L oversight and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements based on lessons learned from past projects.

The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum three (3) year's experience in renewable energy development with exposure to early and late stages of the project life-cycle.
  • Direct experience with utility scale BESS projects preferred. Experience with solar or wind projects acceptable as well.
  • Experience with SMEs on interconnection, M&A evaluations, and construction related approvals.
  • Knowledge of governmental mandates, environmental regulations or customer/market signals that impact or facilitate new development of renewable projects.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
