The Principal Analyst, IT Supply Chain Logistics, will lead the team responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing logistics and materials management processes, mainly using SAP. This includes procurement, shipment, and inventory management, ensuring seamless operations, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvements across SAP modules like SD, WM, PP, and FI/CO. Responsibilities: Resolve issues in the procurement cycle, including PR, PO, and STO. Manage ATP checks to ensure stock availability and delivery accuracy, optimizing ATP logic across warehouses. Troubleshoot inventory management issues such as stock discrepancies and incorrect stock types. Correct errors in goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers, collaborating with FI/CO for accurate postings. Address shipment process issues, including routing and transportation errors. Support logistics configuration, including delivery types and shipping documents. Integrate with SAP TM, EWM, and external logistics systems for freight and shipment tracking. Ensure compliance with international trade documentation. Support EDI processes for procurement and logistics, troubleshooting IDoc failures and partner profile issues. Collaborate with middleware teams to resolve connectivity issues. Configure special stock processes like consignment or subcontractor stock. Participate in workshops to align procurement and logistics with business needs. Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 6–8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience. 1-3 years management experience. 5+ years SAP experience, including ECC 6 and S/4HANA 2021+. Experience with large SAP projects, migrations, and technical SAP skills (ABAP, IDOC, BAPI, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
