Full-Time Role Overview The Manager, Strategy & Solutions will be responsible for managing and executing high-impact client and internal projects through Strategy & Operations Consulting, and accelerating revenue via client adoption of GCG solutions through C-SET. The role requires a data-driven, analytical thinker capable of solving complex supply chain problems, managing stakeholders, and diving into analytics to inform strategic decisions. Key Result Areas Project Leadership & Execution Lead and deliver supply chain transformation projects on scope, time, and budget, ensuring impact. Develop structured problem-solving approaches with analytical techniques. Analyze complex datasets to validate recommendations. Maintain project governance, identify risks, and optimize opportunities. 2. Revenue Acceleration (C-SET) Design and promote adoption of supply chain solutions leveraging GCG portfolio for new clients. Develop and communicate the value proposition. Collaborate with internal pricing teams to support deal closures. 3. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, using data insights for strategic guidance. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution. Create presentations and reports translating analytics into actionable insights. 4. Analytical & Strategic Problem Solving Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess performance and identify improvements. Lead deep-dive analytical exercises grounded in data. Utilize advanced analytics tools and automation to support decisions. Stay updated on trends and innovations in supply chain analytics. 5. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Implement best practices and frameworks to enhance service delivery. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making. Mentor junior team members, especially in analytics and problem-solving. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years in supply chain strategy, consulting, or operations, with a focus on analytics. MBA in Supply Chain & Finance preferred; undergraduate in a quantitative field. Exceptional skills in handling large data sets, modeling, and insights. Experience in developing methodologies and best practices. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau. Proven success managing multiple projects and driving revenue growth. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder influence skills. Background in consulting or internal strategy/operations in supply chain preferred.
