Position: Ethics and Compliance Content Development and Communications Strategist Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner on the Ethics and Compliance team, driving content development and communications initiatives to promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability. Design and implement communications strategies that effectively engage employees on ethics and compliance topics. Develop multimedia content, including training courses, emails, newsletters, videos, and live events. Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into accessible materials. Manage and update content on various platforms, track engagement metrics, and apply data insights for improvement. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand, tone, and values-based culture. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain messaging consistency. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance content and communications. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, or internal communications. Experience in developing and managing enterprise-wide communications strategies. Experience with digital content development, including writing and editing. Experience designing and managing SharePoint sites. Knowledge of change management or behavioral communication principles. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in advanced technology or highly regulated environments. Knowledge of ethics and compliance programs, regulatory frameworks, and risk topics. Experience with internal communication platforms and design tools such as FirstUp, Poppulo, or Adobe Creative Cloud. Master’s degree. Certifications like CCEP, CMP, PMP. The salary range for this position is $86,800 - $198,000 annually, depending on various factors. The posting closes within 90 days from the date of posting.
