Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and setting appointments for our Account Executives. Your focus will be on building relationships with IT decision-makers, companies, and organizations that need IT asset disposition services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to our sales pipeline, and be a critical part of a growing team in the ITAD industry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients, including businesses in need of IT asset disposition, data destruction, and electronic recycling services. Outbound Prospecting:

Execute cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team. Experience managing and running sequences. Sales Development:

Understand and communicate the benefits of ITAD services to prospects and educate them about the importance of data security, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide necessary insights to help close deals. Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help identify new business opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role, preferably in the IT, technology, or related services industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients and convey complex ITAD concepts. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to research and prospect new clients using various tools, such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other online resources. Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with C-level executives, IT managers, and decision-makers. Knowledge of ITAD services, data destruction, and sustainability is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
