This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing, coordinating, connecting, negotiating and leading all relevant affiliation activity across OSF Healthcare System. Provide strong innovative leadership to manage change and to assure that strategic affiliations are aligned with OSF‘s strategic goals and objectives for growth. Works closely with executive leadership to provide direction, monitoring and completion of complex financial, economic, and operational analyses for all relevant affiliation and acquisition activity. Lead the due diligence integration efforts for newly acquired entities as they become part of the OSF Ministry. Serve as the primary contact and liaison between external parties and OSF leadership (Ministry, regional CEO, and hospital) for all relevant affiliation activity. Develop and implement the recommended internal organizational structure and staffing model for the support of merger and acquisition activities and other affiliation partnerships.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS degree in business, healthcare administration, legal services, compliance, management, or finance. A minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare experience, performance improvement, or business development experience in order to provide strategic direction and understand market conditions, healthcare system standards, policies, legal, and government and accreditation agency requirements. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in hospital administration, business administration, or legal related field. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
