regularly, building deep relationships and driving scientific transformation through face-to-face collaboration. Requirements

What You Have Done PhD with 15+ years of industry experience in life sciences, preferably in pharma, biotech, or health tech, with expertise in discovery, preclinical, CMC, and/or Quality Hands-on experience or oversight in areas like high throughput screening, toxicology, materials engineering, analytical development, or drug manufacturing Delivered AI/ML-driven solutions that improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced data utilization Experience with scientific data workflows, lab automation, FAIR principles, and modern data architectures is a plus Strong coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Nextflow, AWS) and familiarity with scientific tools and ontologies are preferred Exceptional communication skills for engaging technical and executive stakeholders Experience in customer-facing, consulting, or scientific interface roles What You Will Do

Engage directly with customers onsite up to 4-5 days/week in Boston or Bay Area Investigate customer datasets for enrichment and AI-readiness Define, iterate, and implement scientific AI/ML use cases with customers Conduct onsite interviews and workshops to understand challenges and data landscapes Perform data analysis, define transformation workflows, and develop visual documentation Provide scientific input on AI model outputs and suggest improvements Deliver onsite demonstrations, conduct working sessions, and act as a trusted AI advisor Propose new directions and experiments to amplify scientific discovery Benefits
